The "Project Web" Project
In 1993, amidst the dizzy heights of corporate growth, international expansion, and seemingly uninterrupted travel to far off points on the globe... it occurred that a WEB SITE might be a good idea. Well, we are still working on it.
Today, version 34 remains a "work in progress". There is really not that much here. Some rambling "Letters from the Highways", a few Blogs, a plea for assistance with a project in Indonesia (BookAid), and a gallery of pictures which is way out of date.

Letters From the Highway is a collection of observations from around the World. A sometimes distorted, sometimes niave, often gritty view from the window of a 5 star hotel or the top of a garbage pile. Unedited, un-plugged, un-prejudiced, un-rivaled and often uninformed. Hey, if Rupert can publish whatever he likes... so can I!
BookAid Indonesia
Following a failed attempt to circumnavigate the globe in 2014, and after a period of hospitalisation and surgery to restore the damage, BookAid was formed to help the young Indonesian teachers that helped me in an hour of need.
